Hello new friends from TCF Bank!

Welcome to Alaska USA. Please join us for an informational meeting.

Hello new friends from TCF! Welcome you to the team. We are excited for your arrival and look forward to a lasting partnership.

We know you must have many questions about the coming months. With this in mind, we are hosting an informational meeting for TCF employees on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., at the Glendale Operations Center. We will provide refreshments along with information about Alaska USA.

In the meantime, please enjoy the following materials that may help you formulate questions for the meeting. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

You are probably curious about the differences between a bank and a credit union. We are eager to answer all of your questions, but at a high level, a credit union offers the same products and services as a bank except that credit unions are owned by their members. That means our profits directly benefit the members, not the corporate shareholders. Becoming part of a credit union»

If you plan on attending, please RSVP to Mayra Anderson, Regional Personnel Manager at 602-338-5119.

Becoming part of a credit union

Alaska USA Federal Credit Union has nearly 675,000 members worldwide. Many enjoy being a member of a credit union so much that they’ve maintained their accounts even after they’ve moved out of an Alaska USA service area.

Employees are members too, so they benefit from the same high standard for service—with the added benefit of working for a company that rewards experience, encourages advancement, and values a healthy work/life balance.

So, what makes credit unions great?

People helping people

Credit unions like Alaska USA are not-for-profit, member-owned financial services cooperatives providing higher savings, lower loan rates, and fewer fees to their members.

Community engagement

Team Alaska USA volunteers have opportunities to volunteer in the community through financial education, local events and festivals, or conducting a community clean-up.

Community investment

Alaska USA and its Foundation work with organizations like United Way, BankWorks, and the Phoenix Children's Hospital to help support those in the community who may need a helping hand. Learn more
